Bearing in mind that William Hague has said a Tory government would not entertain the idea of an EU public prosecutor and that Viviane Reding, Vice-President of the European Commission responsible for Justice, Fundamental Rights and Citizenship, has said:
“we need to create a European judicial culture embracing all aspects of the law……I hope we will be able to say in three to four years time, then with an operating European Law Institute in place, that we have the best tools to perfect our most cherished common achievement – European Union law in a well functioning European area of law, rights and justice at the service of our citizens.“
Handbags at down then?
Europe is a “Rechtsgemeinschaft” says Viviane Reding Vice-President of the European Commission, but I will go further and ask whose law does she mean?
So just how will Cameron’s Conservatives now deal with this conundrum? Will we get a referendum as promised? I think during this election campaign especially, the question must be asked and we must be told.
.

The word Eurosceptic has been hijacked by those who think reform from the inside is possible. Its not.
