Ongoing with TalkTalk/Opal Telecom

I was not going to publish this email exchange until after I had spoken first hand with the Gentleman in question, however, another visit from the Opal Telecom bot this evening appears to be their answer to the Cease and Desist Notice delivered on 27/3/11.

Today I received a communication from TalkTalk in response to my email to their Abuse Response Team. (see updates here), although looking at the message headers, I can see that he did not send this from the TalkTalk offices.

Dear Mr Parker-Joseph

Press Release on behalf of Andrew Withers

The following is a Press Release on behalf of Andrew Withers.

MISCONDUCT IN PUBLIC OFFICE

On March 2nd I received the last of documentation that had been withheld for eighteen months by the private office of the Secretary of State for Business,Innovation and Skills. This was only released with the threat of a Court Hearing in the Bristol Registry on January 28th.

Having reviewed the documents with my legal advisors, I am content that there is ample evidence of the common law offence of ‘Misconduct in Public Office’ by various officials working for the Insolvency Service.

Please be careful with your use of the Rippers software, you could be breaking copyright.

You wouldn’t be doing anything illegal with it, now would you?

Its CENSUS DAY – the 2011 Doomsday Book

Its decision time.

The Census takes place today Sunday 27 March 2011.

This is the biggest mass collection of personal and private data since the Doomsday Book. Any person present in your household today/tonight will have to answer a series of highly personal and invasive questions. In short it is State mandated Data Rape.

I, like many others totally oppose this intrusive questioning, going far beyond a simple population count, as another assault by the Database State to collect data about every facet of your personal and private lives.

So, what can we do about it.

Libya – the pariah in the EU’s Mediterranean Union plans

So the UK, a nation totally broke and in debt to the rest of the world in excess of £2 trillion, a nation that is running down its military capabilities, closing airbases, scrapping large swathes of its historic Royal Navy, and handing troops their P45′s whilst they are fighting in Afghanistan, has decided to embark on yet another war. We have to look behind the rhetoric and sound byte headlines and ask Why?

Following hard on the heels of Cameron doing a quick tour of the Middle East with his band of followers, a high powered gaggle of arms dealers, in the wake of unrest across the region from ‘democracy’ seekers, this military action is a methodology in action..

Our ancient Customs & Liberties at risk

Liberty Lib”er*ty (l[i^]b”[~e]r*t[y^]), n.; pl. Liberties
(-t[i^]z). [OE. liberte, F. libert['e], fr. L. libertas, fr.
liber free. See Liberal.]
1. The state of a free person; exemption from subjection to
the will of another claiming ownership of the person or
services; freedom; — opposed to slavery, serfdom,
bondage, or subjection.
[1913 Webster]

Our forefathers worked long and hard, sacrificed much and in many cases shed their blood so that future generations could be guaranteed the continuation of our ancient Customs and Liberties, and the protection of our constitution.

Our key constitutional documents are these:

Not a normal traffic day

Since publishing details of my name change, and previous to that an account of the interest of my computer system, there have been some visits to my sites today which do not fit the normal pattern of my visitors.

With regards to the name change, its seems that an interest from those who run and operate, or are likely to benefit from the Census have taken note that some of us are not taking their crap lying down.

Change of Name

I have just changed my name by Deed Poll.

My new name, and it is one that all official channels must now refer to me as, is Not Applicable, or more correctly Not of the family Applicable.

I shall now use this name to fill in a fraction of my Census form, and any other official documentation, and as the name is personal to myself, I also claim its copyright only in so much as it applies to me, so if you want to use the same name, go right ahead.
